• Transaction Processing Fees: Every donation we receive incurs processing fees, which ensure that your generous contributions are securely transferred and accounted for.

• Shipping and Distribution Costs: Transporting aid, such as food, clothing, and medical supplies, to those in need, especially for disadvantaged individuals and refugee families, comes with significant shipping expenses. These funds are vital to ensure that essential items reach the most vulnerable populations.

• Storage Costs: We incur costs for storing donated goods and supplies until they are ready for distribution, ensuring that these items are safely kept and accessible when needed.

• Distribution of Aid: The actual distribution of food packs, financial assistance, and other forms of support requires resources for logistics, staff, and local partnerships to ensure the aid is delivered efficiently to the communities who need it most.

• Website and Technology Running Costs: Maintaining an online presence and supporting the digital infrastructure needed for our operations, including our donation platform, communication channels, and outreach efforts, involves website hosting, maintenance, and security costs. The costs for this is currently covered by a generous partner, but we want to ensure we can sustain ourselves if the need arises. 

• Accountancy and Administrative Services: Professional services such as accountancy and financial management are required to ensure transparency, proper budgeting, and compliance with regulations. These services are crucial to maintaining the integrity of our operations and ensuring funds are used effectively. The costs for this is also currently covered by a generous partner, but we want to ensure we can sustain ourselves if the need arises.
